Celeste Shaw

Quality and Compliance Partner

With 13 years of experience in early childhood education and care, I have worked across roles including Educator, Educational Leader, Centre Manager, and now Quality and Compliance Partner. I am committed to supporting services to deliver high-quality learning environments where children feel safe, valued, and experience a genuine sense of belonging — creating a centre that truly feels like a home away from home and supports every child to thrive.

Nicole Gleisner

People and Culture Partner

Nicole is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered. She builds strong connections across the organisation, encouraging engagement, collaboration, and open communication to create a culture of trust and respect.

With a wealth of experience mentoring and developing staff, Nicole specialises in identifying individual strengths, guiding professional growth, and nurturing emerging leaders to reach their full potential.

Since beginning her career in the Early Childhood sector in 2015, Nicole has held a range of pivotal roles, including Educational Leader, Assistant Manager, Centre Manager, and Management Support Officer. These experiences have shaped her understanding of organisational culture and inspired her commitment to driving people-focused initiatives that strengthen teams and elevate outcomes across the organisation.

Aleah Geiger

Chief Operating Officer

Aleah brings a vibrant commitment to growth, connection, and excellence across the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. With a career that has taken her from educator to area manager, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create safe, joyful, and high‑quality learning environments for children — and supportive, thriving workplaces for the educators who guide them.

In her role at Village, Aleah is the driving force behind a cohesive and inclusive team culture. She champions collaboration, ensures her team feels genuinely valued, and leads with the belief that belonging isn’t just important — it’s the foundation of personal and professional success.

Beyond day‑to‑day operations, Aleah is fuelled by a bigger purpose: to make a lasting, meaningful impact on children’s lives and to empower the colleagues who shape their early learning journeys. Her dedication, hands‑on experience, and people‑first leadership continue to elevate the Village community and the wider early education landscape.

Brodie Tebbutt

Chief Operating Officer

Brodie brings a deeply practical and personalised approach to leadership at Village, shaped by years of experience leading early learning organisations through significant growth and change. He is passionate about building early childhood organisations with thoughtful centre design, strong operational foundations, and the right support around teams so educators feel confident, valued, and proud of the work they do each day.

Since becoming a dad to two young girls, Brodie is especially focused on creating progressive early learning centres that are purpose-built for children’s wellbeing, educator experience, and genuine community connection.

At Village, Brodie is driven to improve outcomes for children and create meaningful value for the communities Village supports…and he does his best work on the road, visiting centres and spending time with teams.
