Kelsey has had the privilege of working in the early childhood education and care sector since 2008. After completing the Diploma in Children’s Services, she went on to complete the Bachelor of Early Learning. Throughout her journey, she has had the opportunity to work with children of various ages and in different roles, including Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Centre Manager, and now part of the Management team at Village Early Education.
“I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child to thrive. I believe that building strong partnerships with families is crucial in delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each child. My goal is to ensure that every child feels seen, heard, and valued so that their social and emotional needs are met.”
