With over 17 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, Chantel brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her leadership role. Since completing her Diploma in Children’s Services in 2011, Chantel has worked across all areas of early learning, gaining firsthand insight into the diverse needs of children, families, and educators.
In 2021, Chantel embraced the opportunity to step into a Centre Manager position at Village Early Education, where her commitment to high-quality care, team collaboration, and continuous improvement quickly became evident. Her leadership journey has since expanded to include a role within the Village management team, where she supports multiple services through regular site visits and a strong focus on compliance, particularly in relation to child safety and the Child Safe Standards.
Chantel is passionate about fostering environments that feel like a home away from home—safe, inclusive, and rich in learning opportunities. She believes in the importance of nurturing secure, trusting relationships with children, and recognises the profound impact that early childhood education has on a child’s lifelong learning and wellbeing.
