An Introduction to our Youngest Villager’s Learning Environment

A childcare environment for our six weeks to one year old’s

Our Youngest Villager’s Learning Environment at Village Early Education is where the six weeks to one year old’s, begin their educational journey. Within this nurturing setting, we focus on creating a sense of belonging and forming strong connections with children and their families. Our collaborative approach ensures each child’s development is supported, acknowledging that children actively participate in their learning from birth. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) principles, our educators integrate learning opportunities into everyday routines, providing a warm and engaging start to your child’s lifelong journey of becoming confident and capable learners.

Features of our Youngest Villager’s Learning Environment

Why choose us?

Our nursery environment is where our youngest learners, from six weeks to one year old start their early learning journey. We prioritise fostering a strong sense of belonging and building meaningful connections with children and their families in line with our philosophy ‘It takes a village to raise a child’.

Partnerships with Families

The educators work closely with families to understand and respond to each child’s unique needs. This encourages a supportive and positive partnership to enhance the learning experiences, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework’s emphasis on secure and respectful relationships.

We collaborate closely with families to align our routines and practices with the home environment. If your child is adjusting nap times, changing bottle routines, or starting solids, we strive to maintain consistency between home and our early learning setting, whilst adhering to best practice, policies and regulations.

Our nursery room is thoughtfully designed to stimulate infants’ curiosity about their surroundings and aid their cognitive and sensory development through selected resources, activities, and interactions.

Our learning goals and programs prioritise building secure attachments, recognising that many developmental milestones occur during this stage of a child’s life. The strong partnerships we build with families help us create tailored programs and goals that best support your child. We celebrate your children’s achievements alongside you.
