I work long hours, what hours are you open?

Our centres are open from 6:30 am and close at 6:00 pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Our centre has a secure system of sign-in and sign-out to ensure children are safe and sound every minute they are in our care.

In some sites, we have extended hours available to staff of our Employer Partners.

What is included in the daily fees at Village Early Education centres?

Our daily fees include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (fresh fruit and vegetable platter), nappies for babies, sunscreen and a stimulating educational program.

Parents need to provide bottles for babies, a hat and change of clothes.

How old does my child need to be to attend your service?

We take babies from 6 weeks of age through to 5 years (preschool).

We follow a research-based approach to early learning and offer rooms based on developmental milestones rather than age.

Do you have a preschool or kinder program?

Yes, we do have a preschool program at our centres. Our pre-schooler’s undertake a comprehensive transition to school program, which covers all areas of development.

Does the centre provide meals?

We provide morning, lunch and afternoon tea for children within our care. We focus on providing nutritious meals and involve children in the process.

Do you provide government assistance at your early learning centres?

Yes, we do offer Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR) at our centre, find out more about the benefits by contacting the Family Assistance Office/Centrelink they will be able to determine what each family is eligible for.
